Fletcher Cove Capital is a 506(c) Fund open to accredited investors whose core focus is on real estate development in the target markets of San Diego County, California, as well as Salt Lake City and St. George, Utah.

Most deals full cycle in the 18–48 month range. They’re generally ground-up development and our sponsors’

value lies in utilizing local expertise through decades-long relationships with all actors across the board.

Our projects are often fully entitled or built by right. We aim for projects in the high-teen to low-20% IRRs, and our deals typically offer generous preferred returns.
